Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary depending on the country of delivery and may vary during promotional campaigns. Please refer to our newsletter and social media communications for more information. Gift vouchers are not included in the free shipping thresholds.

Delivery times

All orders are processed within 2 working days (Mon-Sat, excluding German public holidays) and handed over to the respective shipping service provider. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. You can find an approximate estimate in the attached table. In exceptional cases and during peak periods, such as public holidays and industry-specific events such as World Cups or similar, these times may vary depending on the shipping service provider. Please allow up to 5 additional working days for delivery, and place your orders in good time.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded (order confirmation by email) and ends at the end of the last day of the specified period. If this falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the end of the period is postponed to the next working day.

Order preparation & dispatch

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. During peak periods (e.g. sales, new releases), processing times may be longer. The estimated arrival date is displayed at checkout and listed again in the order confirmation. Changes cannot be made after the order has been completed.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Customs & import regulations

European Union

  • No additional fees or customs duties.
  • EU VAT is charged at checkout.

Switzerland

  • No additional fees or customs duties.
  • Shipping and customs clearance are handled by our partner MeinKauf.ch
  • All parcels are first handed over to our partner and then imported into Switzerland from there. Please note that this adds approximately 3 days to the shipping time.

Rest of the world (outside the EU & Switzerland)

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are possible and must be paid by the recipient.
  • These cannot be refunded by us.
  • In the event of non-acceptance/unpaid customs duties and returns, we reserve the right to deduct any additional costs incurred from the refund.

Note: If you believe that customs duties or taxes have been calculated incorrectly, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & undeliverable parcels

A return to us can be made if:

  • the address was incorrect or incomplete,
  • the shipping label was damaged,
  • the shipment could not be collected/delivered,
  • receipt was refused.

Once a parcel has been returned by the shipping provider, this process cannot be stopped. Returns usually take up to 4 weeks, depending on the country of origin.

We can only offer refunds or replacement deliveries once the shipment has physically arrived back at our warehouse.

We cannot offer refunds for losses during the return shipment (for the reasons mentioned above).
