Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary depending on the country of delivery and may vary during promotional campaigns. Please refer to our newsletter and social media communications for more information. Gift vouchers are not included in the free shipping thresholds.

Shipping carriers

• Germany: DHL Paket
• EU standard shipping: UPS (door-to-door delivery or collection from a UPS Access Point)
• Express shipping: DHL Express
• International shipping: As an alternative, we also ship internationally with our partner Spring.

All shipments are tracked and insured.

Order preparation & dispatch

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment (Mon–Sat, excluding German public holidays). Shirts with name and number printing may take up to one additional day. During peak periods (e.g. sales, new releases, World Cups), processing times may be longer.

The estimated arrival date is displayed at checkout and listed again in the order confirmation. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Order changes & cancellations

• Changes cannot be made once the order has been completed.
• Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped.
• Orders containing customised shirts (printed with a name and number at the customer's request, including official player namesets) can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of receiving the order confirmation.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. The estimated arrival date is shown at checkout. In exceptional cases and during peak periods, such as public holidays and events such as World Cups, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider. Please allow up to 5 additional working days for delivery and place your order in good time.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded (order confirmation by email) and ends at the end of the last day of the specified period. If this falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the end of the period is postponed to the next working day.

Customs & import regulations

European Union

• No additional fees or customs duties.
• EU VAT is charged at checkout.
• Exception: for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, taxes and customs duties may apply on delivery.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

• No additional fees or customs duties.
• Shipping and customs clearance are handled by our partner MeinEinkauf.ch.
• All parcels are first handed over to our partner and then imported into Switzerland from there. Please note that this adds approximately 3 days to the shipping time.

United Kingdom, United States & Gulf states

• We ship to these countries DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all duties and taxes are included in the price.
• There are no additional costs for the recipient on delivery.

All other countries

• Import duties, taxes and charges are possible and must be paid by the recipient.
• These cannot be refunded by us.
• In the event of non-acceptance/unpaid customs duties and returns, we reserve the right to deduct any additional costs incurred from the refund.

Note: If you believe that customs duties or taxes have been calculated incorrectly, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & undeliverable parcels

A return to us can be made if:

• the address was incorrect or incomplete,
• the shipping label was damaged,
• the shipment could not be collected/delivered,
• receipt was refused.

Once a parcel has been returned by the shipping provider, this process cannot be stopped. Returns usually take up to 4 weeks, depending on the country of origin.

We can only offer refunds or replacement deliveries once the shipment has physically arrived back at our warehouse.

We cannot offer refunds for losses during the return shipment (for the reasons mentioned above).
