UC Sampdoria

was created in 1946 when two clubs, Sampierdarenese and Andrea Doria, joined together. It's one of Italy's most special football teams. The club is based in Genoa, a city known for its ports, and its history shows how the city's past has shaped the club's identity. The team is known for its strong sense of unity and how it keeps moving forward.

Sampdoria reached its golden era at the end of the 1980s and early 1990s. The club won its first and only Serie A title in 1991 and followed it with domestic cup success and a memorable run to the European Cup final in 1992, establishing itself among Europe’s elite during that period.

One of the most important matches for Sampdoria is the Derby della Lanterna, which they play against their city rivals, Genoa. Both teams share the same stadium and city, which makes the game very competitive. The rivalry is based on history, pride, and strong local feelings.

The Sampdoria shirt is instantly recognisable, featuring its unique horizontal band of blue, white, red, and black. It represents originality, tradition, and a club whose character has always stood apart in Italian football.

Macron

Macron is the challenger that became a contender. Founded in Bologna in 1971, the brand spent decades mastering the craft of sportswear before making its defining move: in 2001, Macron signed its first professional football contract with hometown club Bologna FC 1909 — a partnership that endures to this day as one of the longest-running in European football. From that single deal grew one of the sport's most distinctive and design-driven kit manufacturers, trusted by over 90 clubs and national teams across football, rugby, and beyond.
