What is FBS's return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 30 days. Personalised shirts, including name and number prints, cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To start a return, contact us at support@footballshirts.com before sending anything back. Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Where is my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email once the refund has been processed, but depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
What are FBS's shipping options?
We ship worldwide, with shipping options, costs and delivery times depending on your delivery country. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; customs duties or import taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland.
How long does a customised shirt take?
Customized shirts usually take 1 additional working day before dispatch. After pressing, we let the shirt rest for 24 hours to protect the player print and reduce the risk of damage before handing it over to the shipping provider.
How do I get free shipping on FBS orders?
Free shipping is available in selected regions once your order reaches the required minimum spend. The threshold depends on your delivery country and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Where is my FBS order?
You can check your order status anytime in your FootballShirts.com customer account. Once your order has shipped, you’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Can I cancel or change my FBS order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your FBS order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us through our contact form and include your order number, full name and billing or shipping address. For security reasons, the request must be sent from the same email address used for the order.
What are FBS's payment options?
We offer all major payment methods through Shopify’s secure checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local payment options where available. The payment methods available for your order will be shown at checkout.
What shirt conditions do you offer?
We offer shirt conditions from Brand New to 6/10 Good. Every item is checked and graded clearly, so you know what to expect before you buy.
Why don’t you sell shirts rated below 6/10?
We believe every shirt should properly represent the brand, the team and the player behind it. That’s why we don’t sell shirts rated below 6/10 — but we don’t throw them away either; we make them available to artists and creatives instead.
What happens to shirts rated below 6/10?
Shirts rated below 6/10 may come from storage, manufacturer flaws or private collections, but we don’t let them go to waste. We make them available to artists and creatives for projects — if you have an idea, contact us and apply to receive part of this stock.
Do you offer upfront payment?
We don’t offer upfront payment. We’ll send you a non-binding offer in advance, and once your shirt has arrived, matches your description and has been verified, we’ll pay you through the agreed payment method.
How long does payout take?
After we receive your shirt, verification usually takes 2–4 business days. Once approved, we’ll contact you, and payout can take 1–10 days, depending on the payment method.
Why do you list the shirt for more than you paid?
We price shirts to cover more than the purchase cost. As a retailer, we also factor in local VAT, handling fees, storage, verification, operations and other costs — with a small margin left to keep improving FBS for you.

Please use our contact form and include a short overview of your company and the products you offer. We only buy items from professional football teams and only work wholesale with official retailers, distributors and manufacturers.
I’m a reseller and want to buy larger quantities from FBS. Who should I contact?
FBS is primarily built for individual customers. We currently do not sell to business customers or offer wholesale purchasing.
