A Proud Tradition in the Serbia Shirt

Red, Blue, White and Gold: The Colours of Serbia
Historically, ‘the Eagles’ are the successors to the national teams of Yugoslavia and later Serbia and Montenegro. Whilst their predecessors played in blue home shirts, the colours of the Serbian flag became established for the Serbian national team, which was formed in 2006.
Serbia’s home shirt was now red with blue shorts, whilst white became the staple colour for the Serbia away shirts. In addition, gold was frequently used for trims and details as a reference to the coat of arms of the Republic of Serbia.
The Return to Blue: Serbia Jerseys by Capelli Sport
The switch from PUMA to Capelli Sport as kit supplier in 2025 brought back the blue home shirts. The return to the traditional colour is intended to revive the sporting successes of years past.
